We ship to most locations worldwide but there are few places we may not reach. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account” link at the top of our site. During signup, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not on the drop-down menu of available countries we, unfortunately, cannot ship to your country at this time.

We ship from Bali, Indonesia, Monday through Saturday. If you order on Saturday, your order will be shipped on Monday. Estimated delivery times are between 4 to 6 days. 

We offer highly discounted flat-rate shipping costs based on the size of your order. We have maintained the lowest possible prices for our products and continue to lower our prices whenever we can, but rather than subsidizing the shipping cost within our product pricing and offering free or reduced shipping rates. We opt for a more transparent pricing system.

Generally, packages leave our facility within 24 hours; occasionally, we may be a little behind due to a holiday or order rush. From start to finish, your order is processed, filled, and shipped by human beings! Our products are hand-poured and served to order for the highest quality and freshness, rather than pre-bagged. We pride ourselves on this personal touch to ensure every package is perfect. 

We can only accept order cancellations within the next three hours after the order is placed because we process your order as quickly as possible. Requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.
